A touch of Glimmer

Hello,

I bought the gorgeous TGF Glimmer Bean a few weeks ago and can’t quite believe it has taken me so long to ink her up!

I have used this great sketch by Aeryn from the TGF challenge blog;

So here is my take on the sketch;

Here is an angled shot so you can see all the lovely layers of pretty pink papers 🙂

And finally here is a close-up of Glimmer Bean, who I have coloured with ProMarkers; isn’t she just the cutest?

Card recipe;

DP: MME Fine and Dandy

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges;

And relax…

Hello,

I splurged on some new rubber stamps recently, including several Kraftin Kimmie stamps, and this was the first one to see some ink and Promarkers.  I thought it would be perfect for my Mum’s birthday card as she does love to soak in the bath 🙂  She also isn’t a big fan of my ‘busier’ cards so I had to restrain myself from all the embellishments and just added some stitching detail.  I wouldn’t want to detract from the lovely image anyway!

Card recipe;

DP: MME Lost & Found 2 (Breeze)

Sentiment: Personal Impressions ‘Big Sentiments’

I would like to enter the card in this month’s Die-ing for a Challenge which has the theme of spots and/or stripes.

Thanks for stopping by,

Hugs,

Kat
